4. Premium Fishball Noodle ($6.50), Fishball Story

Because the stall was given the Bib Gourmand award by the Singapore Michelin Guide, this is one you should definitely try. The fishball noodles dish is created based on founder Douglas Ng’s grandmother’s recipe, charming foodies with flavours of tradition and nostalgia. Make a beeline for the fishballs which are handmade out of the best ingredients. The rest of the components in the noodle bowl are equally yummy, with fried fish skin strips, fishcake slices and al denta mee pok noodles tossed in sambal chilli and lard make for a delicious combination.
