Aside from its brand new look, the revamped Century Square also hosts a dizzying array of new dining options, one of which being Korean-Western cafe Two Hana. Opened by the folks from Seoul Garden, the casual cafe offers comforting and creative dishes that spotlight the fusion cuisine of Korean and Western such as Kimchi Mac and Cheese ($9 for five pieces), Korean Cauliflower Fritters ($9 for six to nine pieces) and Honey Butter Drumlets ($9). For something more substantial, look to the mains of Korean Seafood Ciopinno ($12) featuring a medley of seafood treasures swimming in tomato-based broth. and the show-stopping Braised Gochujang Lamb Shank ($24) served with kimchi mashed potatoes and homemade bread rolls. And like with every cafe visit, it is only necessary to oblige to some sort of sweet delight. In Two Hana’s case, diners can satisfy sweet cravings with the Hojicha Pudding ($5), Apple Caramel
Waffles with Doenjang Caramel Ice Cream ($9), and Strawberry Waffles with Honey Citron Ice Cream ($9). If not, the indulgent Iced Matcha Latte ($6) topped with a swirl of whipped cream and a fish-shaped pastry will sort you out.
