And as each fiery blooms erupts in the sky,  imbibe the brewery’s range of craft beers, while noshing up on Singapore Platter ($53), available until 9 August, that come laden with delectables of Chilli Soft Shell Brewery Sliders, Grilled Whole Quail with Ginger Flower, Laksa Prawn Cocktail and  Kaya doughnuts. On the nation’s birthday, look out for Chef’s Selection ($65 per person) of local delights –  a sharing style menu that offers locally-inspired treats such as Chilli Crab Linguine, Grilled Black Angus Intercostal with sambal sauce,  Coconut Panna Cotta specially made using beer & malt granita and mangosteen.
