3. Teaspoon of Love

Singapore’s first Da Hong Pao tea-infused burnt cheesecake. Tangy yet light cheese with a hint of subtle nutty notes from the famous Da Hong Pao tea. From Wuyishan, Da Hong Pao is a dark roasted oolong tea with notes of ripe peach, wood and cinnamon. We chose this tea specifically because of its roasted nature and earthy, full-bodied flavour that could take well to the richness of cheese. A lingering taste of this scarlet beauty could be savoured with each bite.
