To cleanse your palette after the cheese-loaded dishes, try the Ttukbaegi Bulgogi. The slow-cooked stew, while light on the taste buds, is flavourful and comforting. The non-spicy broth comes with ingredients like beef US shortplate, glass noodle, rice cake, shiitake mushroom and egg.
