Consider the Cheese Mandu Tteokbokki a must-try if you’re a cheese lover. Meant for sharing, the grilled platter features tender Korean rice cake cooked in Seorae’s signature hot sauce on a hot pan with fried fish cake, egg, corn-cheese dumplings, ramyeon and pineapple. What looks like a mess, turned out to be an interesting combination of sweet and savoury flavours.
