1. CÉ LA VI
CÉ LA VI is celebrating the nation’s 57th Birthday on Tuesday, 9 August 2022, between 5 pm to 9 pm. With a special BBQ menu at its Club Lounge, including BBQ oysters with smoked ponzu granita and maimoa lamb chops with chimichurri. The menu includes sharing style platter options with either a Classic BBQ Platter (S$155++) or a Surf & Turf BBQ Platter (S$180++).
Their Club Lounge will hold two live stations from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm, serving beloved snacks such as popcorn and local favourite, muah chee. The family-friendly destination also offers a face painting zone for children, while resident DJs KFC, Kenneth Francis, and Brendon P will be on deck spinning House Anthems at SkyBar. DJs Leonard T and Andrew Tang will be leading the celebration through music as they spin Hip Hop and R&B tunes at the Club Lounge during the occasion.
Regular menus curated by Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov are available on the day. Sip and watch the parade and aerial flypast with the revamped cocktail menu, featuring tipples inspired by Asian cultures such as Rum-a-laka, Guavarita and Summer Love.
