Adrift Serves Up Affordable Lunch Menus And Other Delectable Eats At Marina Bay Sands Hotel

Sojourning through a kaleidoscope of flavours across Asia and Europe

Adrift, a California izakaya restaurant by award-winning chef David Myers, is inspired by Chef Myers’ sojourns across Asia and Europe, as well as the pristine produce from Asia and his native California. Dishes are meant to be shared and enjoyed with cocktails, sake, wine or beer, izakaya style.

Located at the lobby of Hotel Tower 2 in Marina Bay Sands, the menu at Adrift includes artfully composed hot and cold small plates as well as full and half portions of luxury meats, seafood and produce from the Japanese robata grill.

Japanese Flying Squid

The menu pays homage to Chef Myer’s California upbringing and deep love of Japanese culture via dishes like the Seared Hokkaido Scallops with finger lime & brown butter soy dressing ($19.00) as well as Wagyu Carpaccio with spring onion and yuzu soy ($22.00)

Wagyu Rib Steak Rice Bowl

What truly sets Adrift apart is their highly affordable power lunch set that comes with 3-courses at only $19.00. While the exciting lunch menu changes every two weeks, some a la carte lunch offerings to look out for would be the Cheeseburger Springrolls ($8.00), Japanese Flying Squid ($32.00) and the Barley Miso Chicken ($29.00), which would be great for sharing if you feel a little bit more peckish.

A dessert that you definitely should not miss— The Dragon Egg

A great place for a casual lunch with friends or business luncheons, reservations are highly recommended and can be made at 6688 5657 or here.
