3. Char Siew Bun X Pink Bubble
Served in an adorable lightbulb shaped bottle, the Pink Bubble cocktail is a saccharine vodka-based concoction with lychee liqueur, rose and apple syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice and CO2. The floral cocktail enhanced the sweet-savoury flavours of the charcoal Char Siew Bun.
