Consider this starter a must-try, especially with its bright flavours. The Steak tartar is well-marinated with ginger chili and served with spring onion and coriander puree on the side.
An organic egg yolk crowns the tartar, begging to be smashed and mixed, then mopped up with the crisp toasts on the side.
