In the hip dining precinct of Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf, you can savour a unique plant-based high tea at Alibi Bar, Ovolo Hotel. Designed by plant-based dining pioneer and US chef, Matthew Kenney, the high tea offers a sweet and savoury mix of delights such as lemon meringue tart with sable, and mushrooms on toast with wasabi cream. Kenney worked closely with Alibi head chef, Michael Nicolaou to craft the menu with classical and innovative techniques. There’s also a selection of cocktails on offer such as the Earl Grey Sour and the option of free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
