As Singaporeans, our love for Japanese cuisine is truly boundless. How else can you explain the booming success of the many eateries that hail from the Land of the Rising Sun?

The latest Japanese food hall to open its doors is Japan Food Town, a 20,075 sq ft space situated at Wisma Atria.

Spacious, with a modern yet minimalist ambience, it beckons visitors with a beautiful blend of design elements, from wooden lattice to traditional washi paper.

As of now, 12 of the 16 F&B outlets have started service, with the remaining fully operational by end of July.

The commitment to an authentic Japanese experience is commendable, reflected through the vast selection of Japanese delicacies from teppanyaki to soba.

Plus, all 16 tenants will procure more than 50% of their ingredients directly from Japan, fresh, in some cases on a daily basis.
