If you thought last year’s Ultimate Crab Feast was good, let this year’s surprise your taste buds all over again.

In its sixth year running, the indulgent crab buffet returns from 9 Apr to 28 June with an even bigger and better spread.

Apart from local favourites like the quintessential chilli crab, diners can look forward to other innovative spins on the crustacean.

To complement the crab dishes, there’ll be creations like Stir Fried Green Mussels with Lemongrass and Chilli Padi and Kaffar Lime Style Chicken.

Fresh and meaty crabs cooked in a variety of mouthwatering ways, what’s not to like?

1. Curry Crab Meat in Kueh Pie Tee

Available at the ‘live’ cooking station, this Peranakan-inspired dish will whet your appetite as you kickstart your Ultimate Crab Feast. The savoury-sweet curry crab meat was well complemented by the crispy kueh pie tee shells.
