Now, there's even more reason to pay a visit — Chef Hirotaka Murata has launched three new ramen dishes to whet appetites.

And mark our words, there're not your usual offerings. There's one with green noodles and another with broth made from a two-generation-old recipe!

3. Tokyo Ramen, $9

Made from a time-honoured recipe that has been passed down for two generations by Chef Murata’s master, this ramen features a special shoyu blended soup base. Here, you can expect classic ramen noodles topped with Nagano pork loin char siu.
