9. Blue Jasmine
All mothers will be welcomed with a Phuang Malai, a hand-strung Thai floral garland that signifies luck, when they pop by Thai restaurant Blue Jasmine on 13 May. Exclusively available for that day, the halal seven-course lunch menu ($25 per pax) will feature Thai favourites of Fresh Rice Paper Roll with Prawns and Avocado, Esarn Roast Kampong Chicken with Smoked Chilli and crowd-pleasing Southern-Style Deep-Fried Grouper. The meal ends off with a traditional Red-Ruby dessert, featuring jackfruit and coconut milk.
