Many of us can relate to being so incredibly immersed in a show, you can almost feel the grass, hear the breeze or even taste the food seen on screen. But what if you could actually step foot into your favourite scene and experience it in real life?
Take inspiration for your travels from this list of stunning destinations that have been featured in popular television shows, from fantasy epics to comedy classics.

Uruk in “Descendants of the Sun”
South Korean television romance-drama “Descendants of the Sun” may be over, but fans can still get their fill of the show with themed tours featuring the key locations that appear in the drama.
For example, Viator is offering a fully-guided “Descendants of the Sun”-themed day trip in Greece, covering attractions in Athens and Delphi that held significance to the characters Captain Yoo Si-Jin and Doctor Kang Mo-Yeon.
Most of the Uruk scenes in the drama were shot around Athens, including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Delphi. The educational tour promises a mix of Greek history as well as Korean pop culture.
