4. Soak in a pool surrounded by stunning views
Most cruise ships sport a large pool on the main deck that overlooks the scenery around you, and this could vary from the infinite sea to majestic mountains in a new country. Kids especially will have a blast in themed pools and water slides that can often be found on passenger vessels.
Some ships even have a built-in entertainment system, such as projection screens, such that you can enjoy your favourite movies against the backdrop of a glittering night sky.
