With multiple awards under their belt, Chez Vous continues to revolutionise the hair salon game with their latest luxury concept salon, Hideaway.
There’s some truth to the name – the new salon launched earlier this month tucked away on the 14th floor of Ngee Ann City, located in an unassuming former office space. But step inside, and you’ll see there’s nothing ordinary about the space now.
Already dubbed “the most Instagrammable salon in Singapore” and possibly the world, Chez Vous Hideaway is designed to fulfill your #aestheticgoals. Every section, from the floral Relaxation Lounge to the swanky white Styling Pods to the blue-washed Exit Lanes, is made for the ‘gram.

More than your typical hair salon, Chez Vous Hideaway offers a modern retreat-like experience where all your senses get a treat. Associate Director Oscar Lee wants customers to “treat this place like an immersive Pop-Up Design Museum and have fun taking selfies.”
Every section has a different interior design theme. Our favourite is the vintage library-inspired reception room, lined with Renaissance paintings, bookshelves and deep red curtains. We wouldn’t mind waiting our turn a little longer at this room. There’s even a little mystery to solve – where do you think the door is?
Chez Vous Hideaway even has VIP rooms for those who like their privacy. Surrounded by rosy pink everything, you can imagine you’re in a Wes Anderson movie, on a hair-raising adventure.
Speaking of hair, the hair services are the ultimate treat at the salon. In addition to a comprehensive menu of hair services, you can pamper yourself with a range of complimentary spa-like services, such as massages and welcome herbal teas and spa snacks at the flower-filled Relaxation Lounge. Unwind in the fully body massage chairs at the oxygen bar.
Besides a visual adventure, your experience also involves a bespoke Aromatherapy Journey – an essential oil blend will infuse each step of your hair service with a relaxing smell. So it won’t be difficult to lose yourself in the underwater world when you get your hair washed at the Wash Aquarium:
For all the special services, the whole experience is really value for money. You can get two services (a haircut plus one other hair service, like a treatment or colouring) from $199!
A true luxury experience doesn’t come without some exclusivity. Each stylist at Chez Vous Hideaway will only take up to five 2-hour appointments a day, so you can be ensured of your stylist’s full attention. But that also means you need to book your appointments in advance!
