Bringing back the ever-popular Live Carving Station and the Live Egg Station, savour delectable cuts of Milk-Fed Veal Rack & Grass-Fed New Zealand Lamb Rack. It is served with ratte potato and confit garlic bordelaise sauce, as well as Farmer Brown Free Range Eggs that are served slow-cooked French style scrambled eggs.
