Sporting the flaky pastry of the traditional Tau Sar Piahs, the confectionery’s mooncakes include the newest flavour of Red Bean Mochi with Salted Egg Yolk that melds the subtle sweetness of red bean with chewy mochi, alongside perennial favourites of the Salty Tau Sar with Salted Egg Yolk, Sweet Tau Sar with Melon Seeds, Teochew Classic Double Delight. Durian lovers can also opt for the Mao Shan Wang Durian and Yam with Salted Egg Yolk, filled with durian-infused mung bean paste. The range is available until 24 August.
