Start from 7 January 2021, Violet Oon Singapore Satay Bar & Grill offers a special menu of plant-based dishes.

This extended menu continues to pay homage to the myriad of local food stories. Through the use of popular regional spices that accentuate the meaty flavours of mushrooms and vegetables. Further, elevated with heady rempahs, house-made sauces, and the smoky sear of the grill. All to create the tantalising, sizzling flavours that diners love.

Buah Keluak Fried Rice, S$25

New Signature Go-To

Especially, their new signature, the go-to repertoire is the Buah Keluak Fried Rice. Nonetheless, this hearty main features fried jasmine rice tossed with Buah Keluak. Together with succulent oyster mushrooms, garnished with kaffir lime leaf and chopped candlenuts.

Another must-try dish is the XO Impossible Satay. A special meatless rendition of the traditional satay. Hand-formed from the Impossible meat marinated in Violet Oon Singapore’s signature satay spices and charred on the grill. Each succulent bite is enlivened with a sweet and tangy pineapple puree complemented by steamed rice cake, cucumber and red onions.
