Nothing brings family and friends together like the communal dining of a steamboat meal. The waiting for the soup stock to simmer, throwing in of choice ingredients and then debating on whether the food is cooked through is all part and parcel of a big friendly Asian meal.

Fat Fish Thai Steamboat Restaurant is one of the steamboat places around the island that you should try. Established in
2009, the restaurant created an a la carte steamboat buffet with pristine ingredients and fresh meats served directly
to your table.

Fresh seafood such as cockles, squids, shrimp and cuttlefish is also available for order. Try their shrimp dumplings dipped in their secret recipe Thai chilli sauce for a taste explosion. The sweetness of the chilli sauce complemented the boiling hot ingredients, fresh out of the pot.
