It’s time to discover the many international flavours that we can enjoy in our little red dot. 1. Black Tap (Western)

If you still haven’t tried the monstrous milkshakes and burgers at Black Tap, first of all, why are you depriving yourself? But now is a great time to get into the mania because the restaurant has recently added many creative new locally-inspired offerings to their menu. Among them is a The Straits Shake, a Freakshake aptly named so based on the medley of favourite local delights – gula melaka syrup, pineapple jam biscuits, coconut butter biscuits, and even a pineapple popsicle stuck in that incredible tower! Pair it with the soft shell chili crab burger, and you have a Singapore meal at an American fast food joint!
