1. Tilly’s

Irish chef Andrew Walsh, the mastermind behind the Michelin-starred restaurant CURE, is bringing a taste of Ireland to Singapore in a more casual setting. His new restaurant, Tilly’s, recently opened in Keong Saik Road and offers an authentic Irish gastro-pub experience. This isn’t Walsh’s first foray outside of fine dining.

Tilly’s menu features Irish classics with a twist, alongside dishes inspired by Walsh’s childhood and his hometown of Achill Island. Diners can expect fresh seafood like Irish Oyster Omelette (from S$3++ per piece, minimum order of 2 pieces of the same type) and comforting staples like Irish Soda Bread (S$14++) with Rarebit Cheese. Be sure to try Beetroot Cured Salmon (S$26++), Black Angus Ribeye ($38++ for 300g/$65 for 600g) and Grilled Lamb Rack (S$48++) when you are there!

Tilly’s is located at 31 Keong Saik Rd., Singapore 089138.
