Jiang-Nan Chun SG50 Singapore Sangria Mooncake

The pièce de résistance of Four Seasons Hotel’s Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant this year is the SG50 Singapore Sangria mooncake. The striking limited edition snowskin mooncake, in red and white and with “SG50” embossed on its skin, is infused with the signature “Singapore Sangria” from the hotel’s bar.

With flavours of the tropical twist on the Spanish cocktail encapsulated within, mooncake lovers will be in for a treat.

Antoinette Queen’s Kaya Toast

Most of us have grown up eating kaya toast, but Antoinette’s new Queen’s Kaya Toast takes our humble breakfast food to a new level.

The ‘toast’ is a house-made baguette with a layer of kaya made with coconut cream and pure pandan juice. It is then topped with Echire, an artisanal butter known for its rich flavour and sprinkled with fleur de sel salt. It truly seems fit for royalty.

Goodwood Park Durian Mousse Cake

What better way to celebrate Singapore’s golden jubilee than with the “King of Fruits”? Inspired by the colours of the Singapore flag, Goodwood Park Hotel’s limited edition Durian Mousse Cake features layers of white and crimson sponge that alternate with creamy D24 durian mousse. Mm…

The Durian Mousse Cake is crowned with an icing sheet adorned with bold red and white patterns and the iconic SG50 logo.

Les Délices SG 50 Tribute Collection

To be part of the celebrations, Les Délices has launched the SG50 Tribute Choux Collection, a trio of new choux puff flavours.

The choux puff is a signature offering at Les Délices, but these have a distinct local touch.

The SG50 Tribute collection will cast the spotlight on local flavours such as Milo, Horlicks and Gula Melaka in the special choux puffs with local character.
