Nasi Campur Babi ($12.88)

Some signature dishes include the Nasi Campur Babi ($12.88), or more commonly known as pork mixed rice, which is a Chinese-Indonesian take on the combination pork rice platter. Savour perfectly roasted pork delights and enjoy them alongside a medley of rich side dishes such a siomay, ngo hiang, braised pigs ear and soy egg. Diners can also choose between having white rice or fragrant chicken rice.

A crowd-pleaser is the Sate Babi ($15.88, 10 sticks), which is perfect for sharing. These stellar skewers come with a sweet and savoury flavour from the unique sauce, skewers featuring pork liver, intestine and skin. Think, kway chap on a stick.

Kepiting Saus Padang ($55.88)

The flavourful Kepiting Saus Padang ($55.88) features meaty Sri Lankan crabs, drenched in a blend of sweet, sour and salty flavours, in what is known as Kota88’s signature Padang Sauce.
