Variety may be the name of the game when it comes to buffets, but Ash&Elm is playing its cards right by focusing on quality rather than quantity.
As I entered the European themed restaurant, my eyes darted around for the seafood spread but was met with a single table of fresh selections. What kept me excited, however, were highlights like the Cheese & Charcuterie Room, Egg Station and Caviar Station.
