Calling all steak-loving dads! KOMA Singapore is extending its Father’s Day celebration until 30 June 2024. Treat him to an exceptional Australian Wagyu F4 MB5 tomahawk steak (S$379++) available exclusively during dinner service.
This isn’t your average cut of meat. KOMA presents a massive 1.5 kilograms of this prized wagyu, meticulously crafted by Japanese producers. The flavorful steak is served alongside a medley of seasonal grilled vegetables, including Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. To complete the experience, four unique condiments are included: wasabi for a spicy kick, ponzu for a citrusy brightness, yuzu kosho for a complex citrus and chili heat, and KOMA’s secret steak sauce for a house-made touch.
But the celebration doesn’t stop there! End the evening on a high note with the “Star of the Show” cocktail (S$36++). This impressive drink is shaken with champagne, butterfly pea gin, saccharum syrup, and yuzu sake. The finishing touch? A delicate, aroma-filled smoke bubble for an unforgettable presentation.
