Ever tried dining in the dark? How about sipping on tea as little doggies cuddle in your lap? Yes, we are talking about dining experiences in Singapore!

Food is everywhere in Singapore. From hawker centers to tucked away cafes, you can turn at any corner and find yourself a nice meal. It led us to be incredibly picky with our food, with most of us willing to go for a one-hour drive for a new cafe or restaurant outside of our area.

Now, would you do that for a whole new dining experience too? We can’t make promises on the dishes here, but we can make this guarantee – it will be an experience different from your usual.

Are you up for it?

Kombi Rocks

Kombi Rocks Diner is the revamped look for Koon Kee Restaurant, a Thai/ Chinese restaurant established in 1971. Currently housed in a 50s shophouse with beautiful green tiled walls, Kombi Rocks believe that all wheels are made to be appreciated, some more than others. Hence, they rescue old motor vehicles and give them a new lease of life. With the help of Kombi Rocks Diner and hiring out the vehicles for events and photo-shoots, they fund the restoration and constant upkeep of the vehicles. Eating for a worthy cause indeed!
